This is my art trade of an art trade with ~MasterAccount. He asked for Sonic and Sally in surgical gear, and so, here it is. It's actually kinda interesting how the design for Sally will be an old design in the comics. Anyway, the poses for Sonic and Sally in this are based of Sonic & Tails' official artwork from Sonic CD and Sonic & Knuckles, respectively. Anyway, hope y'all like this and enjoy!
